Items that can be made larger are so noted in the heading. All items can be made smaller, if desired. There is a $2.50 charge. Most items are one of a kind.

Do you have a Catalog? At this time we do not have a product catalog for distribution. All products are viewable on our online Blog store.

Do you have a minimum order requirement? No Minimum order required.

Do you ship internationally? Yes. However, standard shipping does not apply to international orders.

How do I place an order? Order directly through email:
bigbangles@comcast.net or telephone: 248-835-5992. Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Payment Methods? We accept PayPal or Money Orders at this time.

By Paypal - Send your name and a list of items wanted and we will send you a Paypal invoice to pay using your debit or credit card (via email).

By Money Orders, provide your name and a list of items wanted. We will confirm the amount and set aside items for 7 business days. Once the Money Order is sent to us at:

We will ship those items. If money order not received within 7-10 business days, items will be back available for sale.

Do you have shipping options and when do items ship?
Orders are filled and shipped within 3 business days, usually within 1 day. Shipping and handling charges are calculated prior to finalizing your order. We offer USPS First Class shipping. Package insurance is optional for USPS shipping. Please allow up to six (6) postal delivery days for USPS First Class Mail. Shipping rates are subject to change. UPS does not deliver to P.O. BOXES, so we will need your street address for delivery.

Risk of Loss - The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Big Bangles pass to the purchaser upon Big Bangles delivery to the carrier. Big Bangles will assist with package tracking of delayed or lost shipments. Big Bangles is not liable for lost, delayed or damaged shipments. Insurance for USPS packages is offered as an option to our customers. Tracking is not available for USPS First Class Mail packages.

Sales Tax Information - Michigan sales tax will be charged for all shipments at the rate of 6.0 %. Please note that shipping charges are also taxable.

Product Returns - We want to assure customer quality product and service with their purchases. Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Customers will receive a store credit valid for 1 year. Return items must be in original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
