Back in the USA

Now that I have recovered from jet lag, I have spent a few hours creating some new pieces for the Fall collection. BeforeI left for England, I received a shipment of beads from China and was itching to start designing but hit the time crunch of getting ready for my vacation. Here are a few new creations -

Inspiration from the U. K.


While visiting my brother, John and his wife, Katie in Cambridge, we searched online for beads stores. None to be found in Cambridge, so off we went on a shopping trip. We found the Rocking Rabbit Bead Shop in Haddenham Ely and I managed to find some new interesting beads. Spent about 10 pounds ($20 US). John wandered down the lane and found some additional stores featuring finished jewelry, glass, pottery, wood, cards and other fun items. We also found a second bead shop, Spoiled Rotten, which offered more beads, buttons and jewelry.
